This is Steve Richter, the owner of Microtest, a lab that researches, tests, and manufactures cutting-edge drugs and medical devices.
The company is on the verge of becoming a major player in the life sciences, after a billion dollar initiative for life science and biotechnology research was handed down by Mass. Governor Deval Patrick earlier this year.
I interviewed Richter about his company last week, and shot this photo .
